v No back outs once purchases had been confirmed.
v No last minute cancellation after the Booking form has been submitted to us.
v Strictly 2 or 3 weeks reservation.

v Please pm/txt us for confirmation about the package/s you want to purchase before you'll fill up the booking form. For all booking and insurance purpose.
v Hepy Holiday NOT BE responsible for injury during customer traveling from home.
v Booking will only be made out AFTER down payments have been received by customers. Therefore, in order not to delay the booking, please be promptly in making payment when receive of a confirmation email.
v We offer "Pre-Order Services", which also meant that bookings that have been made require a process period up to7-14 days after closing batch.
